Ordering & Delivery
Where do you deliver?
North Dallas — from Highland Park to Allen, and Carrollton to Lake Highlands. If you're in this area and not sure if we cover you, just ask during checkout or text us.
How do I order?
Go to our website, pick your stack size, choose your delivery window at checkout, and we'll handle the rest. No phone tag, no back-and-forth.
Is delivery free?
Delivery is free on orders of $50 or more. Orders under $50 include a $15 delivery fee.
When will my firewood arrive?
You pick the date and time during checkout. We show up on time, drop it where you want it, and you're ready to burn.
The Firewood
What kind of wood is this?
100% kiln-dried oak. We don't sell mixed hardwoods, we don't sell green wood, and we don't sell junk. Just premium oak, dried to under 20% moisture.
Why kiln-dried?
Because wet wood is a waste of your time. Kiln-dried oak lights on the first match, burns hotter, produces almost no smoke, and doesn't leave creosote buildup in your chimney. It's the difference between a real fire and a frustrating pile of kindling.
Will this work in my fireplace / fire pit / smoker?
Yes. Our logs are cut to 16 inches to fit standard fireplaces, fire pits, and smokers. If you can burn wood in it, our wood will work.
How is it delivered?
Stacks arrive stacked tight on a pallet and shrink-wrapped. Burnin Boxes arrive boxed. No loose pile in your driveway, no mess. We drop it where you want it and you start burning.
How Much Do I Need?
Occasional fires (a few times a month):
1–2 Burnin Boxes or 1 Mini Stack
Regular use (weekly fires):
The Original FlameStack (1/4 face cord)
All winter long:
Multiple FlameStacks. Text us and we'll help you figure out how many.

What makes you different from other firewood companies?
Every piece we sell is kiln-dried to under 20% moisture and delivered to your door. Most firewood sold around Dallas is seasoned outdoors and still holds moisture. Ours doesn't.

It's our philosophy: put down your phone, step away from the screen, and build a fire. Real connection — with people or with yourself — doesn't happen through a device. It happens around a flame.
