Because firewood is a natural product and perishable once delivered, we typically do not accept returns. Every box and stack is carefully prepared to ensure top quality, clean-burning wood.

That said, your satisfaction matters to us. If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, we will make it right. This may include:

• Replacing the product at no additional cost

• Offering a credit toward a future purchase

• Working with you directly to find a fair solution
